According to Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law 39/2014 Article 14 requires a merchant to replace a defective product or provide a refund for the same within the specified period as per the terms of the guarantee conditions declared by the merchant or the customary period (likely 14 days). This obligation does not apply to all goods, such as rapidly perishable goods, customized goods, books, newspapers, magazines, and computer software programs.

Cancellation Policy:

We strive to provide you with the best service possible, including a smooth and efficient order processing experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, please note that once 24 hours have passed since your order placement, we may have already initiated the 3D printing process. As a result, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations for orders beyond this timeframe.
